1. Do you offer engraving?

Yes, we offer engraving, it's a chargeable service, please inform about the engraving after placing order or before we ship it out.

2.Custom and personalised orders

We will be pleased to receive the customized and personalized order.

We have a simple procedure for customized order, the steps are as below

A) Start a conversation with us and send us the message asking for customized jewelry. You will get a reply within a few hours, as soon as one of our team member have your message.

B) Please send us the design you would like us to make it for you, or discuss the idea with us we can also design it for you.

C) We make jewelry using, Moissanite or Sapphire or any other gemstones as required by you. We can make jewelry in 925 Silver, 10K, 14K, 18K and in Platinum. We can make it in White, Yellow, and Rose Gold.

D) We will send you CAD before we make the ring and send you images of a completed ring.

3. How to take care of jewelry pieces?

Jewelry caring is a very important part once you use them on a regular basis.

We advise you to do the following things to keep them lasts forever
A. Please do not wear the ring at the time of workout to avoid accidental damage, while using hairspray and perfume.
B. Keep your ring away from chemicals.
C. Do not get your ring in contact with Nail polish remover
D. You can use Nail polish remover to clean the stone but avoid making contact with metal.

Use a soft brush to clean the stones, scrubbing gently with warm, mild soapy water to get rid of any dirt accumulation. Rinse the stones well in warm water, since soap scum can build up easily, and then pat it dry with a soft, clean cloth. Don't ever use tissues to wash or dry jewelry.

4. Can I change my address once item shipped out?

No, You cannot change the address once the item is shipped out, as Etsy doesn't have its own shipping facility, We will not be responsible for any loss of parcel that occurs due to a wrong address. However, before shipping is done you can change the address by sending us a direct message on Etsy.

5. Do you make Men's Jewelry?

Yes, We do make men's jewelry on a customized order basis.
please send us an image and we will recreate it for you.

6. Do you offer International shipping?

Yes, can ship to almost anywhere and everywhere around the globe. We give free economy shipping which takes 15-20 days time to reach you once the parcel is shipped out. ( Economy shipping is free )
We offer paid express shipping which takes 5-7 working days time to reach your doorstep. ( Express shipping will cost you USD: 45 )

We are not liable to pay any taxes or duties or any charges imposed by the buyer's country.

Note: This time is only estimated time, we do not have any control over actual delivering time. It is purely depended on the shipping company

7. Why are DiamondworldDesign prices comparatively less?

The answer is very simple when you buy the jewelry from other stores or retailers it's not directly from the manufacturer it will go through the following way

Manufacturer - Wholesaler - Dealer - Retailer - Customer/End-User

There will be a commission charged or profit at every channel they pass from.

When you buy from DiamondworldDesign it will be made by us as we cut and polish or own moissanite and make our own jewelry we are manufacturer, and sell directly to customers/end users
